All sales are final. Due to the size of our current operation ,we do not currently accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Each Umbra piece is carefully produced and inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards. Due to the nature of our limited production and fulfillment process, we are unable to offer returns for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or general preference.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or a major issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@umbra-designs.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
